La Coleccion produces high quality, hand-crafted furniture and decorative accessories. We specialize in custom designs, have limited production and take great care with the quality of each piece. 

Wood Types: All furniture can be ordered in most types of wood. Our wood
is carefully selected. We use kiln-dried wood only and commonly use wood species such as:

             Durango Pine  A very high-quality pine comparable to Ponderosa pine.

             Habillo  A moisture resistant hardwood similar in appearance to ash.

             Parota  A tropical wood similar to teak in appearance, highly resistant
             to moisture and wood-eating insects.
 
             Mahogany

Finishes:  We can apply almost any finish you desire including gold-leaf antique finish for mirror frames and trim. Some of our most popular finishes:

Antiqued
Pickled
Stained or Natural

Pocket Doors: For a small additional charge, we will install pocket doors on items such as armoires and entertainment centers.

Drawer Slides:  We use drawer slides on all drawers except extra small ones.

Custom Furniture:  We will make pieces from your specifications, pictures, photos, etc.  Prices quoted for special designs on request.
